The Power Unit

The power unit is normally built up of an electric motor driving a hydraulic pump which transforms the electric power into hydraulic power as flow and pressure. The hydraulic media can be oil or other fluids suitable to the conditions in which the drive system is going to work. The power unit also contains hydraulic tank, filter, cooler and other components necessary for each individual drive system.
